If you are having trouble logging in with the version 3.0 update, it’s possible you have not yet created a Soladexx account. This is a new requirement in version 3.0.
To create a Soladexx account, tap the Sign Up button on the Login screen that has the Orange background. On the Sign Up screen, enter a username, password and email address.
Once your account is created, you will automatically be logged into Soladexx, even on subsequent launches of the application. Once logged in, you can start adding accounts to the app.
